Lessons Learnt implementing Project Management Software

Measuring Project Governance
A key requirement is to ensure that existing projects are aligned to an organisation‘s project governance policy. The key to achieving this is firstly to define a simple governance requirement per project stage and/or phase. Next, simple business rules (see bullet points below) should be implemented, which will provide a governance indicator and/or score for a project, based on the existing PPO data and the methodology defined governance requirement. Adherence to an organisation‘s project governance policy is typically achieved through the completion of a custom report.
